ABOUT ME
In the fitness industry for over 15 years
I started my career at CorePower Yoga, launched my own fitness concept in my early 20’s and have sense grown and scaled other businesses in new industries. High stress is best friends with start-up founders, and I coupled all of that with HIIT workouts, CrossFit and a strict diet. While I may have looked lean on the outside, I was damaging my body inside, with no clue the longterm effects it would have on me.
Fast forward to my 30’s and I started to think about having children, which is where my journey began for balancing my hormones. I quickly learned how I had been doing it all wrong. I learned why my chin broke out constantly, why I held onto fat in a few specific places, while being lean everywhere else, why I had night sweats, woke up after 10 hours of sleep and felt exhausted, and why I was addicted to coffee.
I spent a lot of time and money learning how to manage all of this the hard way and found the most joy in helping others sift through all of this with a few key pillars that make huge impacts on our well-being, hormones and how to live for longevity in health
